Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. We currently only provide standard shipping.

  • Please note: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping (Within USA)

We currently ship to addresses within the Unites States only.

International Shipping is currently not provided. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking info provided.

  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at melsbusybees@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), so we can make it right.
