    • In the original packaging (if applicable)

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Honey

  • Dahlia starts or tubers

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
